    Incubator School

    Turn Curiosity Into
    Real-World Projects

Most students graduate high school with grades. Our students graduate with something they built.

    The Program

The Incubator Launch Program is a 1-on-1 mentorship accelerator where students turn their interests into real projects, ventures, research initiatives, nonprofits, or creative platforms.

Students work closely with experienced current Ivy League innovation lab advisors over the course of the school year to develop ideas, test them in the real world, and build something meaningful.

    For Parents

    Traditional education focuses on assignments.

The Launch Program focuses on building something real.

    Turn ideas into action

    Experiment and iterate

    Solve meaningful problems

    Communicate their vision

    Create real-world impact

    Admissions

    Highly selective. Intentionally small.

Each year we admit a very small cohort of students so that every participant receives meaningful mentorship and individualized guidance. This is not a typical enrichment program.

    Qualifications

    The Ideal Candidate

The Launch Program is designed for a select group of students who are not just excellent in academics, but who are driven by a compelling sense of purpose and a desire to build.

    The ideal candidate is:

Academically Excellent: Demonstrates strong performance in traditional coursework, showing the capacity for rigorous thought.

Highly Driven and Purposeful: Comes to the program with a strong internal motivation and, ideally, a nascent project idea or a clearly defined problem they are passionate about solving.

Creative and Initiative-Taking: Eager to explore, experiment, and develop original work that extends beyond standard assignments.

Ready for Mentorship: Prepared to fully engage with an experienced mentor and embrace the process of real-world iteration and feedback.

    Admissions to the Launch Program

    An Elite Cohort

The Incubator Launch Program is highly selective, reflecting its design as an elite mentorship accelerator. We are committed to maintaining a small, high-caliber cohort to ensure an unparalleled level of individualized guidance and project support.

Space in the program is strictly limited. We carefully select students who possess the drive, originality, and readiness to transform an ambitious idea into a tangible, real-world outcome.

    How to Apply

    Application Process

Admission is initiated through a competitive application process. Students are invited to submit materials that showcase their unique potential:

A Short Introductory Video: This allows us to understand the student's personality, interests, and the core problem or idea they are compelled to explore.

Optional Portfolio Materials: Students are encouraged to submit any relevant project examples, prototypes, entrepreneurial endeavors, or creative work that demonstrates their initiative and building capabilities.

Following review, accepted students are personally matched with an expert mentor to begin the challenging and rewarding journey of developing their Launch Project.
